Mrs. Elissa Werve is in her seventh year teaching at Bay View High School and her first year serving as adviser for The Oracle, Bay View’s student newspaper. With a lifelong passion for both writing and teaching, Mrs. Werve is excited to help students develop their voices as storytellers and journalists through this creative and collaborative project. When she’s not in the classroom or working with her student reporters, Mrs. Werve enjoys spending time with her kids, cheering on Marquette basketball, and playing tennis.
