Everything looked normal at first, but then I saw the weird light at the end of the hall, humming dull lighting with a little bit of a flicker. The hallway is long and dark, and it smells wet- like it’s been soaking under water for years. The ticking of a clock echoes through the hallway; there’s no clock to be seen. Then you see it: a dark figure standing under the only light in the hall you didn’t see before. It’s tall and skinny, you swear you can see the bone sticking out of its skin.

You start backing up, hoping there’s more hallway behind you. The figure starts walking towards you- arms so long they are dragging along the floor, while whatever it is is walking towards you. It starts walking faster, you turn around to run, but you feel something grab your leg.. It’s cold.. Rough.. And for some reason wet.. You turn around to see the figure so close to your face that it’s like it’s sucking all the air out of your lungs. The air gets cold and heavy and then… “Wake up! Wake up, snap out of it!’ You snap out of whatever trance you were in, and your friend looks at you, “Did you take your meds today?”…..
